Part One

The purpose of this website is to encourage you to have faith in God and His Word, the Holy Bible, in the trials of life. Maybe you are going through a very serious situation in your home or family. Maybe it is a health or medical problem; or some other difficult issue.

If you are saved, I would like to encourage you to trust in God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Pray and ask Him for His will to be done and then trust him totally for the outcome. Faith can make a positive difference. This is not the power of positive thinking, it is all about faith in God, His Word, and His will.

God has delivered me from death on several occasions. I have a vascular disease. In 2009, this caused an aortic dissection which destroyed my ascending aorta and the aortic valve. I had to be flown to a hospital over a hundred miles from our home. I was in surgery for fourteen hours and was not expected to live!

Eight years later this same disease caused me to have several hepatic artery aneurysms. This led to a number of other complications and over a sixteen-week stay in ICU. During this time my husband was told on more than seven occasions that I would not survive and that death was imminent. In both of the times that I have gone through the very serious medical crisis that I have faced, the doctors involved expected me to die and confirmed beyond the shadow of a doubt that something beyond their control saved my life. I know that it was God! To him be all the glory!

There were many people praying for me! I know that God’s will was accomplished; he honored the prayers of his people, and preserved my life during those difficult times! Our life on earth is short when compared to eternity. My prayer is for God to: remove your fear, increase your faith, and give you strength, peace & comfort. Trust Him totally.

~ Psalms 46:1

~ Isaiah 40:28-29

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore, my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.

Peace & Comfort

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
~ Philippians 4:6-8

~ Psalms 42:5

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
~ 2 Corinthians 1:3-5

My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
~ Psalms 121:2
